Zhengzhou Yuandong Refractory Co.,ltd is established in 1998 by Mr Long zhanwei chairman of the board. Located in Hean xinmi, which is China refractory manufacturing base, Yuandong owns 46700 square meters area and RMB 48 Million permanent assets. The annual casting capacity can reach twenty thousand tons.

At present, Yuandong has two automatic production lines adopting oxidation process. The material batch feeding process and melting process is under computer digitized management. For the facilities, Yuandong has forty two sets cutting and grinding equipments, eight sets specialized assembling equipments and three sets assembling platform of 2050 m2,which can enable us to assembling 1000 tons float glass furnace. At the same time, Yuandong imported some advanced test and analysis equipments. The Rader inner detect equipments can test the inside shrinkage of blocks; the X-RAY light analysis equipment can give us the accurate chemical analysis within 15 minutes. In our company, we adopt ERP management system and OA office system to achieve high management efficiency.
